How to use the crane correctly
1. The crane driver shall be specially trained, pass the examination of relevant departments, and be issued with a certificate before operation. It is strictly forbidden for personnel without a certificate to operate the lifting equipment.
2. Before lifting operation, the crane driver must check whether the devices of each part are normal, whether the steel cable meets the safety regulations, whether the setter, hydraulic device and safety device are complete, reliable and sensitive. It is strictly forbidden to operate the working parts of the crane with defects. The crane is powered off in the substation. The shell of the crane must be reliably grounded. When the crane is parked or running, the wheels must be closed The distance between the front end or outside of the outrigger and the edge of the ditch or pit shall not be less than 1.2 times of the depth of the ditch or pit; otherwise, anti tilting and anti collapse measures must be taken.
3. When lifting heavy objects, the heavy objects should be lifted about 10 cm above the ground to check whether the stability and brake of the crane are flexible and effective, and the crane can continue to work when it is confirmed to be normal < br / >
4. The crane driver must closely cooperate with the commander and obey the signal command of the commander. Horn must be sounded before operation. If the command signal is unclear or wrong, the driver has the right to refuse to carry out it; during work, the driver must obey the emergency stop signal sent by anyone immediately, < br / >
5. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the object, to lift the object beyond the top of the person, and to stand and pass under the object.
6. When the crane is lifting at full load, it is forbidden to use two or more operations at the same time. The left and right rotation angle of the lifting boom shall not exceed 45 DEG;, and inclined lifting, pull lifting and fast lifting are strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to lift or pull objects buried in the ground, and it is strictly forbidden to lift or pull objects with large area attached to the ground by force.
7. When the crane works near the live line, it should keep a safe distance from it. Within the maximum rotation range, the allowable nearest distance to the transmission line is shown in the table below. In rainy and foggy weather, the safe distance should be increased to more than 1.5 times. When the crane passes under the transmission line, the boom must be lowered.
8. When two cranes are used to lift a heavy object at the same time, they must obey the unified command of a special person. The lifting speed of the two cranes should be kept equal, and the weight of the object should not exceed 75% of the total allowable lifting capacity of the two cranes. When Binding the sling, attention should be paid to the load distribution, and the load shared by each crane should not exceed 80% of the maximum allowable lifting capacity
9. When the crane is working, a certain distance should be kept between the hook and the pulley to prevent the steel cable from being broken or the boom from turning back when the winch exceeds the limit. When the boom is fully extended to the maximum elevation angle and the hook is lowered to the lowest position, the steel cable on the winch drum shall be retained for at least 3 turns.
10. During operation, the elevation angle of the boom shall not be less than 30 & deg; when the crane has a load, it shall try to avoid the luffing of the boom, and it is absolutely forbidden to change the operating rod before the load stops.
11. When the wind force at the operation site reaches level 5, the lifting operation with large wind area shall not be carried out; when the wind force reaches level 6 or above, the lifting operation shall not be carried out. When stopping work or resting, it is not allowed to suspend the suspended objects in the air.
12. After the work is finished, the hook and boom shall be placed in the specified safe position, and all control handles shall be put in the middle position.
